I thought it would be easier to write this review. But as I started typing I realized just how much emotion was underlying this whole process. Bankruptcy is tough to say the least. My advice to anyone about to go through this? Hire Joseph! His great communication, knowledge, and timeliness made things soo much less painful. Joseph is not average at what he does. This is one of those processes where you need exceptional! And when the process is over, there is this feeling, this chance, to breathe fresh oxygen again! I contacted this lawyer to help with a bankruptcy and the first appointment the lawyer never bothered to show up, the secretary couldn't get a hold of him either. Later that day my husband called to reschedule (made an appointment for the next day). The next day came and the lawyer did another no call no show then blamed us for coming on the wrong day because he had to go to court.
