Did a great job during a difficult time with covid and the passing of my mother.

After a recent car accident(other party failed to stop for stop sign,dash-cam captured) I hired atty Reed. His firm, Loughlin-Fitzgerald, immediately filed a notice to represent, re-directing all the bills, (emergency-room, ambulance company etc... as well as the other party's and my insurance co's paperwork to his firm. I had'nt the time or knowledge to deal with this. Atty Reed and his firm handled everything, and although I wasn't injured, I was compensated for my pain and suffering. His firm were all very professional,and would not hesitate to recommend them.

My experience with Charlie Reed and his team was exceptional and I would wholeheartedly recommend him. I experienced injuries as a result of an animal attack which left me with significant scarring, deformities and emotional trauma. He often thought outside the box and was able to offer options which I feel helped bring about the most positive resolution. There is no winner and loser when someone is injured in an accident, and I could never truly be made whole or get my former life back, but with Charlie's counsel I was able to agree to what I felt was a fair resolution. He ensured I had an outcome that I was comfortable with given all the variables. It is good to have a competent attorney, but it is great to have a competent attorney that is kind-hearted and truly cares about how a situation will affect his clients. Charlie is that attorney and I consider myself lucky to have had his counsel.

I was fortunate enough to find & choose Loughlin Fitzgerald of Wallingford, CT to represent me when my car was totaled & I was injured by a reckless driver a while back. The first lawyer I dealt with, W. Glen Pierson, came to my home & very clearly explained the situation to me and what would need to be done going forward. Pierson had left the firm to become a judge & my case was turned over to Attorney Charles P. Reed, who handled the case going forward. My original Attorney at this practice left to be a Judge and could no longer keep his clients. I had a slip and fall accident back in 2016 and Attorney Reed was assigned to my case. I could not have asked for a better person to represent me. I spoke to him many times. He listened to me and what my concerns where. Then based on my case told me what he was recommending. We worked together and came to an agreement. Within a week after contacting the Defendant, my case was settled. I could not have asked for a better Attorney or outcome.
