They call it personal injury law because it is so very personal. The recovery, both physical and emotional, is draining. My experience was brief and disappointing. I was encouraged by the fact they requested much info for my claim, only to be told 3 weeks in that it's not a case their use to handling. I viewed it in a very poor way to run a practice when you dont know your capabilities.
