NEGATIVE 5 stars !!! Gina supposedly was handling a case/claim for my wife and I I’m the beginning she was responsive to my calls and e-mails. Then she stopped returning my calls for several weeks. Once she did call me she told me I needed to have paperwork signed by my wife and I and notarized ASAP because it was time sensitive. Dozens and dozens of un answered phone calls emails over a year or so got me nowhere. I was told this case was a NO BRAINER and I would be compensated for what we were owed. Goin on year #2 I was told by a different party that the case she was handling WAS time sensitive and we were probably past that date. Now my wife and I are out a few thousand that we were told we were going to get back Two years later I get this email to write a REVIEW WELL HERE IT IS GOOD LUCK
