The office is being belligerent on my deceased father's case for 3 years, and they tell me to use my father's vehicles while his probate remains open officer's and tax collectors say otherwise. In 2016 my father I hadn't seen in 20 years passed and the president of some condo association kept calling me to move to his condo they said they could help with legal work all lies, I moved to my father's condo biggest mistake of my life. I have herbs palsy in my heel cords and disability in my main income my father had a freeloader, ended up doing a lot of the paper's my self I had issues dealing with the establishments involved, it took my father's employer 18 months to give him his 401k so I decided to search for a lawyer, Gina took the case, at that time I lost my father's condo and truck to rust, I bounced around ended up finding a room to rent by the probate court in a terrible neighborhood just until the probate was over. Covid hit and I assumed that the pandemic slowed down probate court so I didn't worry for a while, I used my father's car to go a store in Naugatuck the police stopped me for checking the map on my phone at a red light and made me get towed and a court date in March it is now August 2021 and Gina has yet to respond to my calls or emails. **** The worst part is that the court says it's a easy finish. Im just worried ill get screwed in the closing

This was my first time ever going through something like this and Tom took so much stress away with the way he handled things.
