I was the defendant in a tumultuous, 2-year-long custody case. HHDFA 216137441S- Yesterday 02/14/2024 your client only let the child speak two words to the mother during court ordered visitation since you have placed a gag order on the mother, according to your client, then you Pamela Flaherty are required to do a wellness check on your client’s child because the mother is a state mandated reporter.

It used to be an “old boys club” now it is a GALs club. I said I would not do a review of her since she did not work for me. Then she hired staff and they in turn charged me to print my emails. This made me disappointed considering how much my daughter and I love trees in West Hartford. I believe she prejudiced her client by assuming given his nationality gender age and social class he was good at technology and underestimated the extent to which her communications would be gifted to me. I pray she does not botch up anymore cases for the children in CT. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Pam Magnano was my mediation review counsel and provided me with guidance and support over the six months I was going through mediation with my ex-husband. Deeply traumatized emotionally and financially by this attorney. I would not suggest him at all for a custody case. He made several promises to me and did not follow through with one of them. Showed up late to court, did ZERO case preparation that lead to my motion being discarded despite being properly served and on the docket. I hired him to have a voice and have my pending motions heard and he took that from me. Told me I needed nothing for court day. Despite his suggestion I brought my own evidence and that is the only thing that provided evidence and kept me from being in contempt. If I had listened to him I would have lost. He promised to file for sole custody, attorney fees, motion to leave to avoid further legal abuse and did no such thing. Takes 2 weeks to even get back to you. Engaged in bizarre phone calls with my mentally ill ex and sent me the bill. $8500 in one court date. Money I worked so hard for and will never recover. I lose sleep just thinking about how horrible this attorney was to me and my son. He has been punished by the bar before as well as arrested. When you question him he will resort to gaslighting you. Be very careful, he is by far the worst I have ever had. Should have read the reviews on the BBB they all state the same behavior I have experienced.

Divorce is an extremely emotional time that is filled with pitfalls, and on top of that, it is usually not something that someone can be familiar with having not been through it before.
