My divorce has finally ended. Attorney Gersten’s representation, guidance, and ability to walk me through this process was top notch. I had a very contentious divorce, my ex tried to have me put in prison on false accusations. Attorney Gersten was right there on the phone with the detectives keepingme free. In the end we accomplished all my goals in the divorce and feel like the judge truly saw my side of events. Karen’s closing was a perfect summary of how I had been wronged by my wife and my love of my daughter, the other victim in this case. I nearly cried in court. Her staff has always been there to answer questions and give reassurance that my voice was going to be heard. I recently found myself in the middle of a "gray" divorce. 70 years old, married for 13 years to a woman that turned on me. I decided to represent myself in court, defending my pension, Social Security, health care, non marital assets, bank accounts and such.
