Atty. Rich Grabow came as a highly recommended workers comp attorney from another attorney who realized he would be better suited for my needs regarding a long running workers comp case. I found Atty. Grabow to be highly intelligent, honest, reliable, knowledgable, and hard working. His office communicated on a regular basis, he attended all necessary hearings in a prompt and professional manner, and he was straight forward regarding his expectations on my behalf. His demeanor is such that from the initial consultation throughout a long drawn out process he remained welcoming, informative, professional, and always took time on a personal level to let you know he cared not only about the case at hand but about me personally. I have no hesitation in recommending Atty. Grabow to family and friends as he is an ultimate professional who has honored his profession with a strong work ethic, integrity, and dedication to his clients. Additionally, his staff, initially Joanna, and then his paralegal, Denise, during the the performance of their duties exceeded expectations in the area of communication, accuracy, friendliness, and compassion. Atty. Grabow represented me with my Workers' Compensation Case and I was extremely pleased. My case was a complicated one and he always made sure that I was informed with what was going on with my case and always took the time either by phone or appointment to answer any questions I had. he definitely knows his stuff. His paralegal is also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She too was there for me whenever I need anything. I also asked him about social security and he explained the whole process to me in detail. I will be applying very soon and will be using his services again.
