I found Attorney Michael Todd Taylor through google and decided to hire him for my real estate transaction. I’m happy I did because Mr. Taylor was respectful, professional, and diligent. I’m out of state and Mr. Taylor made selling my property effortless on my part. He was responsive to emails/phone calls and timely that we closed by the due date. You will not be disappointed so don’t hesitate working with this great attorney.

Working with Attorney Taylor was easy! He was very knowledgeable in handling the sale of our existing home and the closing at our new home. Both sale and purchase occurred during the pandemic, which caused a lot of stress and anxiety. Attorney Taylor walked us through it with ease and we couldn’t be more grateful.

It was a pleasure working with Michael in the process of buying my first home! He is very knowledgeable and always had my best interest at heart. He offered words of encouragement when I faced hurdle in the journey as well as taking care of any disputes to the extent we could legally. He was always professional and available to answer all my questions and concerns. Happy to say I closed on my home with his help to which I am truly thankful. Michael Todd Taylor is a very good Attorney, My issue for not giving him the five stars. Not doing a title search earlier, could have saved both of us time and money. Everything was done over the phone, I think when you have seniors as clients, for us meeting in person would be better. Technology is wonderful but not for many seniors. Overall I still give him 4 stars. We both learned a lot and I am very thankful for having you as an Attorney.

Working with Attorney Taylor was such a relief following a serious car accident. From the beginning, he assisted by leading communications with various parties so that I could focus on healing. He also gave me honest feedback and guidance, clarifying the legalise of the incident and what would work best for my case. Without him, the journey would have been a huge and stressful struggle. Mr. Taylor helped us close on our first house. The closing did not happen on the day we originally planned due to the bank's error, but our lawyer was encouraging and flexible to our needs. He made the process less stressful and seamless.

My husband and I had a tough going with the purchase of an estate property. We experienced situations not typical of a general purchase and Attorny Taylor made a very difficult situation seem less. He didn't give up on the matter, letting us know he was in our corner. Our home was purchased two days before Christmas - what a wonderful gift!
