We were introduced to Conlon & McGlynn by our friend/realtor. From the start, Louise and Karin were very helpful, very straightforward, and honest in their opinions and recommendations. We utilized their service as closing attorney on a short sale property we put an offer in for. The whole journey took over 6 months. Couldn’t have made it 6 1/2 months through this whole journey without their guidance and expertise in the matter. They helped two people buy a seemingly impossible house! We appreciate everything that the office had done to help push through the legal and red tape bureaucracy. All in all, their flexibility, patience, professionalism, and persistence was unmatched!
