If you’re entering into a real estate transaction in Connecticut, hire Jamie Gerard, partner at Nevas, Capasse & Gerard LLC, as your attorney (or run the risk of her being snapped up by the other side). Even the simplest transaction can become difficult or complicated (or both, as ours did) and if that happens, you will want the best legal advice and representation available. Jamie was able to navigate us through the contract and closing process of selling our home that was made problematic by demanding buyers and their unpleasant representatives.
