WOW! What a wonderful law firm. I was recommended Anthony Collins by a friend, and it was the best decision I ever made. I was really in a tricky situation with my citizenship papers. Anthony as well as Chastity got it done. Just 2 weeks ago I received the good news that the problem was fixed, and I couldn't be happier. The both of them from the start were so helpful. They were very professional, they listened, they were patient with me, and they constantly kept in contact with me. I would receive an email back almost immediately. Chastity kept me up to date on my case consistently. I couldn't have done this without their help. They saved my life. I'm beyond grateful.

I'm amazed at the negative reviews on this site. Our experience with Attorney Collins and his staff was always positive and he was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. He skillfully managed a difficult, complicated case and achieved a positive conclusion.

This is a scam of a law firm! They are very negligent with their clients, documents and anything that has to do with legal matters. They wash their hands by blaming the clients. Horrible horrible horrible! Do not let them take your money. They ask for more money for literally anything little.!!!!!!!!!

I was very unsatisfied with this law firm. Everyone that works here is very unpleasant and their attitudes and facial expressions are horrible. Very unorganized people. I lost a lot of money with this law firm and wasted my time. The paralegal there Olga not the best at all, she needs to be retrained more on how to do her work right. She absolutely made a lot of mistakes and I had to most of the time update my own information in the immigration website instead of her. We the customers pay these people to do the work but instead they don’t and we have to end up doing it. If you guys want to waste your money and your valuable time go right ahead into this law firm they are the perfect people for this!!!! Last but not least be very careful on what you say with this people because they will make false accusations on you. Have proof of any documentations you guys give them because otherwise it will get lost and they will blame it on you.

This is the worst law firm I ever had to deal with. Personally I would never recommend them to anyone. They are unresponsive, and expect you to do all the work for your case. My mother hired Nancy to help her get her paperwork to come back to America, if it wasn’t for my sister doing some investigating on her own, my mother would have missed the deadline to return to The States. Her secretary Rose was very unpleasant and uninviting. Her paralegal Olga is just as bad. It seems that they do not relay any messages to Nancy nor do they respond to your messages. Overall a shameful practice. I hope they do better with other families who count on them to help unite their families through the immigration process.

Service isn’t the greatest for the price. If you want to do all the work pertaining your case and pay them for nothing this is the place to go. Not a very responsive firm.
