I agree 100% with Taylor Equi and Jon Fiskewold, who said it much better than I could, but the same basic premis is much confusion, conflicting responses, scattered communication, poo customer service. at least it's reassuring to know I was not the only one received as potential client then not followed through with properly, never allowed to speak to Atty Forrest nor submit documentation for review. Frustraton at it's finest, for nothing, do not recommend. Actually it appears for the best since those he represented seems unsatisfied for similar reasons.

If you have a diminished value claim, Attorney Forrest McPadden is the person to contact! When my high end car was rear ended, I contacted Att. McPadden, and could not have been happier with the outcome . All of the staff were professional, efficient, and handled my case with care. During this time, it is rare that someone contact you back, Forrest would talk with me personally. Attorney Forrest went above and beyond.
