Jerome is the absolute best. His paralegal Joy is amazing too. He helped me navigate through the process of a full pardon guiding me with my references and all my application questions to make sure I got the best results. Office’s of Jerome Paun were great. The Customer service was unmatched. Jerome was very knowledgeable and helped us get through a tough case with my dad. He fought for my dad giving us the information we needed to prepare for court. He helped us with the resources needed to help in the case. Came out and took pictures to better prepare. Always there to answer any questions we had and made sure we understood what rights my father had and was very straightforward about the possible outcomes. An absolute JOKE of a lawyer. Not only did he take $5,000 to spin his own version of our case, but he refused to pay the $1,500 to the private investigator. He refused to subpoena witnesses or file any motions we asked of him. He refused (and still refuses) to take or return phone calls or to even give us the evidence WE provided to him (transcripts, etc that WE paid for). If you want any chance at maintaining your innocence or freedom, hire someone else. I've never met a more unprofessional lawyer in my life -- and that's coming from someone in the criminal justice field!
