Unprofessional and biased behavior
“I am a young black female entrepreneur and Mr. Shapiro referred to people who use my strategy to invest in real estate as 'bottom feeders.' Absolutely horrifying, disheartening and unprofessional!”

Unresponsive and unhelpful during closing process
“We had a complicated, delayed closing and Nate did nothing to help clarify or speed up the process. A closing date was specified in the contract, the seller did not abide by the date and Nate said there was nothing we could do.”
