I worked with Peter and his team on my green card case, in particular with Jennifer. I got the impression that they were navigating this process for the first time. Due to missing documents I had to go through multiple rounds at NVC, which caused me 6+ months of wait. End to end, my priority visa case, ended up taking well over 2 years. Two advices for new comers. If your case is by the book, you can probably file yourself by watching youtube videos. Secondly, if you choose to go with a lawyer, hold 50% of the payment upon successful outcome - otherwise, they get the money, and they don't care what happens to your case.
