Lemberg did what they could I suppose. There is a distinct disconnected feeling to the whole process. You pretty much have to trust how they handled the situation. I wish the compensation was greater than it was, but i suppose I was fortunate to receive anything at all. Left up to Hyundai to act in good faith would have produced nothing. It wasn't a dislike of the vehicle I drive, I've had good luck with previous vehicles from this manufacturer. It was primarily the lack of concern for the duress they instilled in the total ownership experience. They need to understand that as an owner and ambassador of their product, I will never purchase or recommend Hyundai vehicles to anyone. I hope they remember that if you treat owners well, they will tell five people about their positive experience. If you treat owners the way I was treated, they will tell no less than 100 people about their negative experiences. Personally, I will make that a goal for my life. Good riddenance Hyundai. I recommend Lemberg Law for anyone that is dealing with a Hyundai product issue.

I would really like to thank Shannon and Olga for recognizing that I actually had a case. Seeing all of these comments are bots I’m a product manager and I can run an analysis on this most of these are bots but my experience was horrible! My paralegal wasn’t representing me to the fullest. I had to constantly ask for updates, they never followed up. Every time I asked to speak to a manager I was put off. I guess it depends on your race and if you’re brown they don’t get down! That’s exactly how things felt the entire experience. So I ended things and working with another law firm Krohn and they have been the best AND THEY DONT charge a fee for working warranty claims they build it into the agreement with the dealerships or firms/companies. I also was promised wayyyyyy more with them, with 30% of the value. These folks told me $2000 lol.that’s what I’ve accumulated over the past 4 months dealing with this. I will never recommend a soul here! Go to Khorn law firm google them. They are fantastic you won’t regret ending with Lemberg and going with the chicago law firm. These folks suck in so many ways. And it almost felt like my rep worked for Kia as crazy as she was talking to me.
