Careful what you sign! They are great for a 1 time case, but you will sign away your rights for ever having a claim again. The dealership damaged my car while it was in their shop for a warranty repair and there is nothing I can do about because of what Lemberg had me sign. They have had my car for 4 months and I still don’t have it, I have brought it back 4 times, which is legal breach of warranty. Dealerships have 30 days or 3 tries for a warranty repair. According to other attorneys this is an actionable suit and other attorneys had said they would not recommend signing what I signed. I am still without a car and they can keep it however long they want since they know there is nothing I can do about it. I also have a hard time believing a dealership can damage your car and according to Lemberg, there is nothing you can do about it. Again, other attorneys have said differently. According to Lemberg logic, dealership can drive it off a cliff and show me where the parts are! Lemberg is great for a 1 time complaint.
