My husband and I were in a situation where an apartment building charged us for damages to that were not accurate. When we inquired for details they changed their story and said it was for cleaning. Either way there was no valid reason for these charges. Ultimately the apartment building passed this onto a collections organization. We again fought the situation providing all the details we had. The collections organization still took the apartment building side. After a long period of back and forth and getting no where, we didn’t know what to do but knew we needed to figure something out. Simply out of principle, we were not willing to pay for this even if it meant we had to spend money on a lawyer. We found Lemberg Law and got in contact with Judy. She was so easy to work with, responded to us timely and explained the process well. It was refreshing to finally talk to someone who understood what we had been dealing with. Not only was she able to put an end to the harassing collections calls and got the charges dropped, we ended up with a cash payout! We never expected this as all we were hoping for was to get these inaccurate charges settled. We are so grateful for having found Lemberg Law and Judy. Excellent they sued Robo callers for me and we won our case I have another set if calls I'm gonna use them for these laywers r pit bulls when it comes to these situation I recomend this law firm to anyone that has robot calling bill collectors and I'll let yall in on a seceret the bill collectors dnt want u to kniw oresdient Trump has made it illegal for them to haress u with robot calling bill collecters it want cost u a dime and I can acuattly come out a winner almost everytime give them a call if ur having robo calling bill collecters

Complete B.S. Found them on the internet and after being harassed by a debt collector. The in-taker what like "Oh we know who they are, please send a screen shot of the the number and we'll have an attorney look at it. Oh and can you sign this release that I send to your phone? Signed it in a matter of minutes. Didn't here back for days, literally had to call to find out what was happening with the case. In-taker states oh they are researching it and get back to you later. Next day, Unfortunately, YOUR CASE IS A COMPANY WE DON'T DEAL WITH. WHAT? I knew it was too good to be true, because they were so fast to react and quickly got the name of the debt collector, called to verify the business and everything. And sure enough the in-taker was like "Yep, we know that company, you don't have to worry. BEWARE CUSTOMERS.

I had an issue with an account I was not aware of because they were sending information to the wrong address. I called them and spoke with Jody who was great. I had a case of creditor harassment from a major national bank. After a dozen attorneys in Texas declined to take my case I found Lemberg Law on Google. They were very professional from the start. If I could give negative stars, I would. I received a settlement offer and ended up with nothing as I was advised by my attorney to pursue a class action lawsuit instead of accepting the offer. Months later, I received an email from the paralegal advising my case was dismissed and the law firm would no longer represent me. I contacted the lawyer directly whom stated laws changed to favor the entity I filed the lawsuit against; therefore, they were in compliance of harassing me. This process dragged out for almost a year with very little communication.
