I had an issue with Checkr which lemberg advertises heavily about. The first time I call their rep Aaron says they will review it and get back to me. Weeks go by and nothing. So I'm assuming there wasn't a enough for a case and I'm fine with that but would have liked a response. Then a new development pops up and I decide to contact Aaron and see if it changed anything. I sent him all the information and asked specifically if there's nothing tgete would he mind making sure to let me know. He says he absolutely will. To this day I've never heard back. Bottom line this kind of behavior is why there are ambulance chasing jokes and why prominent firms look down on lawyers who run advertising. I basically feel like if they don't see dollar signs you aren't worth the 30 seconds it takes to tell you there's no case. It's nad for them toi because obviously it makes me want to write a bad review and if I ever have a case for some reason and it's and it's a slam dunk no way I'm going back and watching them pretend I'm of value now that I can make them money. Not sure how good they are when they get a case but I think that kind of disregard for point who who can't libe tyeir bank account isn't a good sign of professionalism. I say go elsewhere

The settlement call from Attorney Burton just took me by surprise! I had attempted on so many accounts to get justice on my own but without success. Lemberg Law was resilient and fought all the way on my behalf. When the attorney called to say the company wanted to settle for their wrong doing, it was such a relief!! It's so great knowing there's someone to stand up for the consumer and that they stick to their word!!!

I was sceptical when they approached me with the info that I was a party in a class action suit, and told me that if I did not sign off but instead let them litigate for me (along with others) I would get more money. This was a complete windfall, I'm still not clear what the suit was about, but it turned out they were absolutely right and after about 2 years I got a check for $454!

Very helpful, didn't know if they could do anything or not and they took care of the problem completely with little to no effort on my part. They are efficient, competent, and return calls promptly.

After notification of being part of a class action suite a year and a few months goes by with updates creating suspense seasoned with patience resulting in excitement when opening my mail today and finding a check for $454.89...now a decision must be made about how it is spent.

This firm made a huge car problem disappear for us. We had a breech of warranty issue that was going on for years without any sign of resolution. I was getting nowhere with the dealership on my own. Within two months, they were able to get the car maker to buy back our car.
