Lemberg Law got a faulty debt of over $ 4000.00 removed completely from my record AND got me the highest award of $ 1000.00 in my settlement. Very kind and very skilled at what they do. I highly recommend Lemberg Law.

Was being harassed by a collection agency for an old account that was paid on time and closed. Even produced proof of payment and they still did not remove from my credit reports. Contacted Lemberg law and they not only cleared from my account but I also received a check for all my aggravation. Many thanks to everyone at Lemberg Law for your help.

At first Lemberg Law seemed very helpful. They won my case, emailed me saying that i would receive 500.00 for my trouble with TCA, they would receive 2500.00 for the work they did, Once i signed the release, I read it more closely. Lemberg gets 3000.00 I get 0? that;s not right. Also once i signed the paper Jody emailed me saying that TCA may be going bankrupt and we would have to see. That seems so shady to me. I guess i am not getting the money I was promised.

They can be quite lazy, only wanting the easy cases. Not willing to expend much effort to resolve a simple case of collection agency continued harassment of calling the wrong person. Passing the case around to their paralegals who have no legal authority, then after complaining about it passed it from one associate to another without even notifying the client. Way too many people involved who do nothing creates lazy, slipshod work and very poor followup. I wouldn't use them again.

Vlad and Samantha made what could have been an arduous process simple on my end, they were always accessible, and ended up sending me a settlement check considerably larger than I had expected. Wow!

Fantastic experience! They not only corrected faulty background information that a certain company would not change, I also received a very nice settlement. I'm not trying to be cliché when I say this, but Lemberg Law changed my life. I was getting calls multiple times a day from collectors and they were saying horrible stuff. The people over at Lemberg Law were nothing but nice; Joanne was polite and punctual with all my information, and my attorney hit all the marks. Few weeks later the calls stopped, then a couple months and I got my check in the mail. And guess what -- I didn't pay a cent! Thanks for the $$$ Mr. Lemberg.

I give them one star because at least they answered the phone in a correct,polite manner. Otherwise,they did nothing for me. I received phone calls from a Dept collector for someone else for months. I contacted lemberg,they took the case,and a year later I get a letter saying he gave up on the case. Looks to me like they don't want to deal with little wins....
