A collection agency whom I sent a dispute letter to, disputing charges, demanding proof and most importantly, stated they were not allowed to contact me via telephone, broke all the rules of the FDCPA. I contacted Lemberg Law, not because I thought it would do any good, but because my rights had been violated and I had nothing to lose by doing so. Bottom line I was very skeptical. Lemberg Law reached back out to me showing intense interest. That is not being bombastic. They were very interested. I thought, go ahead. Have at it. They did. The next thing I know I am being told that the case is being setted, and that I would receive a check in 6 to 8 weeks. Once again, my skepticism came back full force. My thought was... whatever... more nonsense and fast talk. I then received a notice from the credit bureaus that the bill had been canceled, and my credit score sky rocketed. My mind kept saying thats great, but a check? Nonsense... 8 weeks later, I received a check. No joke, no nonsense. A real honest check. Lemberg Law was on that collection agency like a dog to a bone. Extremely professional, never a false word spoken. I'm not saying they can do for you what they did for me, but I can say... if I ever need that kind if help again, they are my go to. They just need to open an office in my area, let me know and I will work for them. They are the absolute best. Thank you all for your help!

Not really a rating but watch out. I’ve got an email from a lady that had these folks name in email but it was from a gmail. I’ve contacted these folks they do not use gmail emails. Please watch yourselves. Who ever I talked to on the phone thanks again for clearing this up. To bad I don’t live in Connecticut lol

If you are being harassed by these debt collectors. You know exactly what I’m talking about they call you multiple times daily every day. They also call you even when you have sent them an email or told them on the phone not to call you. Call Lemberg lawfirm today if you even feel like a debt collector is harassing you. I can talk from experience if you qualify they can negotiate your debt down possibly to the point where it’s completely gone and possibly you will get paid.
