Marc Anderson helped me tremendously. I had two tickets in Virginia one being a reckless driving ticket. He was able to complete remove the one and decrease the other. Biggest thing is to listen to what he says and he will not stear you wrong. He will do everything in his power to help you out and was with me the entire time always answering phone calls. Marc Anderson is the cosummate professional. I hired Marc to assist my son with a reckless driving citation. Marc walked and talked us through the entire process of making a good defense, including obtaining driver records, provided links to defensive driving course, recommended voluntary community service, etc. He also explained to my son how the judge was likely to consider each piece of "evidence" and thus why it was important to do what he was recommending and in a timely manner . He was also available at any time though out the process for follow up questions and advise. Most important, we followed his advice and got the citation reduced to Defective Equipment, a non-moving violation. A great personable guy to have in your corner. Our positve experience with Marc on this case put him on the top of our list for any future legal services.

I found myself in a very dark place and was overwhelmed, I didn’t know where to go or who to turn to. I was referred to Mr. Rabah and did an extensive search on this attorney. I was pleasantly surprised on the great reviews he had and felt very comfortable hiring him.

Jason Foy is highly recommended by me to resolve any criminal case. (Especially if the truth of your case leans more on your rightfully being more innocent than guilty or it's just plain lies as you being criminally guilty). Foy has an extremely competent team of supportive people he works with in his office. Usually someone actually answers the phone when you call his office. When you leave a message it is always responded to in a timely fashion. He is not afraid to tell you no. If no is the true answer. He is clear about what he can do, what he can't do, and what could possibly occur without any promises regarding things outside of his control. I am a woman and he treated me with respect of human dignity at all times and he does not treat you bad- like you are an inmate or a criminal. My criminal case was a mess because a prior over paid criminal attorney who was a former DA assistant, had been trying to get me to admit guilt to a lessor crime charge I sincerely did not even remotely do. I was completely innocent- and the prosecutor even admitted that i was innocent but they did not care as long as " I was criminally charged with something" as "punishment so that I was "guilty". Jason Foy and his team actually competently did their jobs, looked up the laws regarding my case and applied it to my defense in my case. It was the truth. It was a long shot where maybe we would win or maybe we wouldn't. But we won BIG. I was very lucky that I had been given the resources to hire him and clean up the mess from the other paid but not respectful criminal attorney. Do not hire any former DA's or similar for your criminal case. Their brains are wired to charge you and make friends with the people prosecuting you. Jason Foy is not anyones "friend". He is not going to be figuring out your case with a beer at the bar with the prosecutor. He is a professional. A very highly intelligent- of the most intelligent criminal lawyers in NYC area, and extremely professional with how he conducts his business. He is the kind of man who does it right, does it all the way, or he does it not at all. You can trust what he says. And you can trust his judgement. If you are a woman, you can know that this a safe zone for you. Your husband does not need to be on the phone with you to get the same level of attention.

Russ, Michelle and their office staff assisted me in resolving a complicated felony DWI case. Let me just say, this was the most stressful time of my entire life; when you have a pending legal charge, you spend every day in limbo- feeling scared and uneasy about what the future may or may not hold. I am unsure if I could have made it through those months without the help of their office. As a local business owner and single parent, my life was completely chaotic, even before this added stressor. Russ and Michelle were incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, reassuring and FAST; if I had any question, I could always just shoot over an email and expect a response within hours, sometimes minutes. They kept me informed and were completely honest about exactly what was happening and what I was to expect during the whole ordeal. I knew they were going to fight for my cause, and that they genuinely cared about what was going to happen to me. In the end, they were able to get me probation in a situation where I undoubtedly should have done at least some jail time. If you are skeptical about the price tag- don’t be. •I was stopped by police in the early morning hours on a Saturday and arrested in Harris County for a first-offense DWI.
•I hired Mr. Ruiz on Wednesday morning ahead of a Friday court hearing.

I found myself in an unfortunate situation facing a felony and a misdemeanor charge both of which were my first criminal offenses. Initially I didn’t know where to turn; so I googled Criminal Attorney Houston, Texas. Jim is hands-down the best lawyer . My son got himself into a mess of trouble, was facing some real prison time for heavy charges due to stupid actions. Jim not only saved him from prison, but his expertise got his charges reduced to a misdemeanor with probation. Of course lack of responsibility my son did not meet Probation because he was not ready to turn his back on his lifestyle. Needless to say after multiple adjustments and Jim going to the judge, he got probation dropped and he was assigned community service work detail. The boy messed that up too, and now We are back with Jim working for another outcome. I am confident Jim will work this out for his good, And hopefully the boy will get it done this time.

Earlier this year I fell on hard time in terms of debt, I was trying to pay it off and refused to give up. I got married in July 2013. Soon after, my husband and I we were looking for a good lawyer to represent us for our immigration case since I came to this country with a C1 visa many years ago and I overstayed. Many years had to past for me to finally start fixing my immigration status: marriage equality was finally legal across the United States and the Obama administration installed a mandate to pardon immigrants in the U.S territory instead of going back to their countries to wait for a pardon.
I remember very clearly our first appointment with Ms. Cano, and I remember mostly because she was very friendly, the staff was very friendly, and she exposed to me what steps I must follow to get my papers in order, and get my resident card. She was very clear, very organized, and she speaks fluent Spanish and English.
First, we started the family petition. Once that was confirmed, we follow with the “extreme hardship” waiver, and finally with the interview that was going to be made in my country. After long months of hard work from both parties, we got the waiver approved and soon after we had the date for the interview. Now looking back it seems very simple, and it kind of is because the professionalism of Ms. Cano’s office made everything run very smoothly. They would call me every time I needed to bring something to the office or if they send me some documents to my residence. They would email me or be in contact all the time through the entire case. They would also give me copies of all documentation; hard copy, electronic copies, etc. In short, they were on top of my case throughout my immigration case.
When I finally got my residence, we convened again 2 years after that to start the process for my permanent resident. Thanks to the amount of evidence Ms. Cano ask me for and the efficiency of her office, I can finally say I am a permanent resident of the United States. I can say, very confidently, that I recommend 100% Ms. Cano’s services for any immigration issues you may have. Luckily I had never had the need for a lawyer before in my life, so I was skeptical in how to select one. Ives, I expressed how urgent my matter was, he dropped what he was doing and immediately started helping me out on my case! He has proven to be reliable, knowledgeable, empathic, and well known in the local area. The other party had the "big" firm, with all the names and partners, and the more expensive bill, but Mr. Ives proved to be triumphant in the end; if you hire the other guys, you will rarely speak to your lawyer, you will end up talking to the receptionist, the paralegal, and rarely your lawyer. I was charged with a domestic violence felony for defending myself. Paul got the charges dropped. He is an excellent lawyer and seems to know just about everyone from the judges to the prosecutors to the bailiffs.
