My ex-wife gave me an extremely contentious divorce through constant harassment, stalking, false allegations, false police reports and defamation. I just wanted to share that mr Beau Fiegal was the most caring and professional attorney I have ever met! He fought for me soo viciously! Thanks to him I am sole conservator for my children. I have a pending felony something I’m not proud of and on top of that my ex tried accusing me of abuse let me just tell you he got the abuse case dismissed! He was able to prove that he was laying!!! As mentioned by others on this site, it is impressive to watch him in action as he represents you in court. One gets the distinct impression that he has earned the utmost respect from his peers and colleagues in the courtroom from years of distinguished service and an impeccable track record. He’s done his homework, and he presents his arguments in a concise, intelligent, and articulate manner.
The fees for his services are very reasonable, but that should be a lesser consideration in your decision to hire him because he gets results.
Many years ago, I had a life-altering disposition that resulted in a considerable loss of my freedoms. Over the years, Mr. Muenster has adeptly secured provisions; privileges that most people take for granted that were lost as a result of my disposition. One such privilege was my right to vote. On this occasion, Mark convinced me that I could accomplish this “Pro se.” He was very gracious in making time for me on two separate occasions to answer my questions, and did so “pro bono.” With his invaluable expertise, I was granted a Certificate of Discharge by the judge.
Since then, I have presented Mr. Muenster with increasingly more difficult challenges with respect to what I was requesting from the court and he has masterfully delivered on every one of them.
I apologize to any readers or prospective clients who may be annoyed with my lack of specificity regarding the aforementioned “privileges and provisions” (by excluding details of my legal petitions as a matter of privacy), but trust me when I say that I have spoken with, and have been represented by, my share of attorneys from the beginning, until meeting Mark Muenster. Ever since the first time he represented me, I will not consider hiring a different attorney. I regret that fate had not delivered me to his doorstep sooner; I strongly believe my felony disposition would have been much different, or not at all.. But, I am thankful to have him in my corner going forward. He truly is in a class by himself.

I'm so happy how my case turned out. I was accused of a embarrassing crime. Mr Ambrosino found how the police did a bad investigation and arrested me. Tho there was differences between myself and Mr Ambrosino I believe he was doing what was best for me I still give him 5 stars because I know he worked hard on the case and was extremely confident on his defense of me. Josie was the best, definitely made the right choice to hire her for my mom!!!! We were highly recommended to do a consultation with her by another lawyer and it was the best decision made. We talked to plenty of other lawyers and seemed like they didn’t want to help and just take our money but when we went to see Josie she actually took the time to listen to what we had to say and was very patience with us. Joseph Esparza saved my 18-year military career, but more importantly the dream of reuniting with my children!
I am an officer in the USAF and hired Mr. Esparza as my Lead Defense Attorney when charged with serious crimes resulting from false accusations from my former spouse during a highly contentious divorce. I went to a General Courts Martial. Overall result: Full Acquittal!!
If you are reading this, you too may be living this nightmare….there is light at the end of this tunnel, and Joseph Esparza will lead you there. I chose the word “lead” deliberately, versus “guide”, “get”, “show” etc. From the moment Mr. Esparza took my case, he took the role as if the Captain of a ship. He was empathetic to all my concerns, yet had the leadership to direct me when choices got tough. Perpetually confident from his decades of experience , he could “read the waves” and knew precisely which direction to go before anything became an issue. He also led the military counterpart to my defense team (who was exceptional). When I first met with Mr. Esparza, I said “I think you are the right guy for the job”, and his response was, “Oh, absolutely I am the right guy”. Not in a conceited way, but a humbly confident way.

Mr. Magana was court appointed for my nephew. When people found out who we had as an attorney they begin to tell me how bad he was, how all he wanted was money and didn’t do anything for their case. Needless to say I was skeptical going in… although a very busy man Mr. Magana was passionate, caring and did what he said he was going to do! He may text you and say 32 min or when he walks by you he may give you a one min sign, his voice mail may be full or he may not return your call as soon as you want, but if Michael says imma get him out you better believe he’s a man of his word! We had the honor of watching Michael work at the court, he ran from one end to the other while on the phone with a client and being stopped by clients asking when are you getting to me. After that long day in court he would then go to his office after 5pm and see upwards to 20 people. Mr. Magana told us guys I’m going to get him out and after only two weeks he did Dec. 22, 2021 a Christmas miracle. My advice is not to listen to others, form your own opinion because ever case is different. But if Michael Magana says he’s going to do it I assure you that he will. How many attorneys will give you their personal cell phone number and let you blow their phone up and text them 24/7 and when you see them greet you with compassion and a smile. If I hadn’t t been a part of my nephews case I would have never gotten to meet a really good man, on behalf of my nephew, my family and myself… Thank you Mr. Magana with all our hearts.

I came to Ron feeling very nervous about my new business. I felt lost in a sea of state laws and paperwork, having no idea where to begin. I was referred to Mr. Joe Gonzales by a law enforcement colleague who had dealt with him several times while working cases at the DA’s office. I was given Mr. Gonzales’s cell number and calling him was the best decision I had ever made. My initial meeting and impression of Mr. Gonzales was that he was a professional and he listened attentively while I explained what had occurred that led up to my arrest and charge. He understood that I could not accept anything but a dismissal or an acquittal or I would lose my career and future goals. He advised me that he would be working with a team that included Mr. Christian Henrickson and that I would be getting two lawyers for the price of one. I struggled emotionally through a year and a half of court dates until the case went to trial. Despite all my fears, Mr. Gonzales and his team reassured me and I knew they believed in my innocence. When Mr. Gonzales goes into “trial mode” it’s amazing. His cross examinations of the prosecution’s witnesses and complainant were direct and strategically effective. The trial was very stressful for me and as we were waiting for the jury to return with their verdict after deliberation I will never forget how terrified I was and how Mr. Gonzales calmingly placed his hand on mine and smiled and said, “Do not lose your faith now.” He was confident until the very end and even when I had feared the worst he believed in my case. The jury came back very quickly with a unanimous decision and acquitted me of the charge. I was very concerned about what attorney would represent me. I wanted and attorney that would they be fair and understanding to my case. I got pulled over for a traffic violation and I literally didn’t do anything. I knew that I was being served for a quota by the highway patrol. He pulled me over illegally and then acted like he was doing me a favor by giving me a seat belt violation (I was wearing my seatbelt by the way…just had the shoulder strap below my breast because of an upcoming breast surgery). The officer never even told me about the 3 warnings he put down on my ticket (his reasoning for pulling me over was me touching the white safety line in the slow lane “supposedly”). I already know some of you are reading this like “it is a non-moving violation and I would have just paid it.” I heard that from attorneys actually whom I tried to hire. To me, it was the principal of the matter. I knew that I did nothing wrong and my insurance company would not guarantee they wouldn’t ding me for it. Plus, I was wearing my seat belt!! The crazy part is other attorneys were nonchalant saying they would charge $500 and there weren’t any guarantees. If an attorney is not confident run! Jeff Meadows was confident, even knew the highway patrol officer by name, and frequently goes into Hamilton’s courts! He requested the video and audio footage from the State Highway Patrol. When I was supposed to go to trial, Jeff called me stating not to bother, the case was dismissed!!! They didn’t even provide the footage requested and Jeff handled it like a pro!! I suspect that the footage incriminated the officer and with a competent and confident attorney like Jeff representing you, you are in the best position to win!! I can’t say enough good things about Jeff and his office staff! They call to remind you of court hearings and answer any questions too! Don’t hesitate to give Jeff and his firm a shot to win your case and represent you in the right way! Too many other attorneys want to get paid without caring if they win or not.

I had the privilege of getting Noah as a public defender back in 2014 I knew from the first time we talked that I had found my future attorney if need be and yes I ended up hiring him in 2021. I’m almost 43 and my younger adult years i racked up a ridiculous criminal history which by no means am I proud of at all I have a attempted murder, felonious assaults, participating in a criminal gang. I got an OVI in Oct. 2016 and did not realize that when my OVI was settled, the driving privileges I had until that point had to be re-approved (in other words, my driving privileges were revoked after the OVI was settled until the judge approved new driving privileges.) I accidentally backed into another car while my driving privileges were revoked, so I was charged with Driving under OVI Suspension, Improper Backing, and Leaving the Scene. Mark got the prosecutor to drop everything except Leaving the Scene, which means that I had no additional penalties except court costs. He was incredibly responsive, responding to my many questions within a couple hours, and very honest about the charges and penalties that I was facing.
Also, he's not too hard to look at. ;)
I highly recommend him to anyone facing a scary situation.

Mr Babb was honest and didn’t promise anything he couldn’t deliver and made sure I understood what was a reasonable outcome. His fee was reasonable.
