Philip helped me with my DUI case. His rate was great compared to others and he took care of appearances with DMV and Superior court. He was able to reduce my sentence from 30 days down to 8 days (4 days with good behavior) which I get to serve in Sheriffs Work Program. In July of 2020, I was falsely accused of Domestic Violence.
I had no idea what to do here. I was given Maureen's name by a friend of mine. Since I had never been in trouble before I was totally clueless on the way the courts/justice system worked. Maureen explained everything to me basically holding my hand throughout the whole procedure. I didn't realize that a person can be thrown in jail for DV. After this happened to me Maureen was able to get me out of jail very fast. Maureen is a very good attorney that she is easy to talk to, understands the legal system, and can stand up for her client. I fell victim to a debt settlement company. I brought my damaged finances and credit to Ron. I was devastated I took pride in my credit and the only way out of the mess was bankruptcy. Undeniably the best decision after a terrible decision was to hire Guy. The fear of the unknown on a multitude of levels was taken away with the ease of process and comfort of having Mr. Gilbert represent me and my case.

I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." Our custody case to say the least was extremely difficult from the start. I live in Washington State and my ex-wife lives in Pennsylvania. The children's mom does love them but there were some serious issues occurring. I had witnessed a deterioration in my children's care and behavior over a long period of time. To the point of needing to take action.
It was clearly going to be an uphill battle and Bob and others did a remarkably accurate job of setting those expectations from the start. I will try to be brief as this fight took over 2 years to win. The strategies all along the way turned out to position us perfectly for the next step. Finally we worked together to build the case, get it before the Judge, and put into place a Court Order that my ex-wife simply couldn't adhere to. This was the straw that broke her case and set her up to capitulate in the end. Keeping in mind we were preparing to bring it again before the same Judge and she knew she would lose.
Bob's familiarity with the court, court personnel and proceedings was a huge advantage! He is masterful in court, simply more in tune, vastly skilled, and clearly more comfortable than the opposing attorneys (He simply "owned' them, I don't know how else to say it and it was amusing to watch). His briefs and motions accomplished everything he wanted them to and nothing he didn't. Strategy is key and his was extremely effective.
In closing I will say that if you have a family court/custody case, then William's Family Law is THE Law Firm, and Robert Salzer IS your attorney if you want to win?! Undertakings like this are not inexpensive but Bod's rates are a bargain for the level of representation you receive. I for one feel like he could actually charge more so get in before his rates increase. I would spend the money twice over to insure my children have a bright future, Bob felt/believed in what we where doing, and pursued it with professional passion. I know that the work to turn my children's lives around has just started but I credit the chance to Bob! And I thank God every day for the opportunity he helped me win.
While I hope to never need his Criminal Defense expertise there is no doubt in my mind whom I would want in court for me or anyone in my family!

I came to Mr. Paskey to help me with troubles that were brought on. When i came to the firm, they welcomed me in and herd everything that i had to say. Mr. Paskey told me up front that he would like to help but could not promise anything, and also told me that he did not want me to hire him right away, to go out and look at other lawyers to be sure. I knew from the beginning that i choose the right person for the job. During the entire process he kept me informed and made professional references as to what would be smart to do through the process (ex: hiring a court stenographer).
