Mr. Sarfan was the best lawyer I've ever had! He always had my best interest. With all of his hard work he was able to get a non moving DUI brought down to a reckless driving ticket. Having a DUI on my record would have made my life extremely hard. But thanks to Mr. Sarfan I was able to walk out of the court room DUI free! 10/10 high recommended!

My truck was recently profiled by new addition to the Tomball police department. I received 3 violations and also missed my court date. I found Michael Stoll through a car club forum. He sent a letter to the court to reschedule the date. I met him for the first time in court and he had one violation dismissed and the remainder fines drastically reduced to $40 with no record. Having Mr. Stoll represent me was the best decision I could have ever made!! I received a traffic citation for speeding after not having a traffic violation in over 10 years. I have a CDL so I knew hiring an attorney would be expensive but I knew it was imperative that I do so in order to try to keep the violation off my driving record. I met Mr. Stoll in court while he was tending to another client. I told him of my situation and he agreed to represent me. A month later I received another traffic citation for speeding. Concerned, I reached out to Mr. Stoll and told him about the additional citation. His words and confidence put me at ease. We went to court and he was able to get both traffic violations dismissed. His attorney fee was more than reasonable! If you are faced with a traffic violation don’t go to court alone….hire Mr. Stoll!

When I first met Mr. Andrews it was pertaining to a moving violation citation I received. Throughout the consultation he explained what he could do to reduce the citation to a lesser expense. Once I hired him, he gave me very clear instructions on steps I needed to take to show the prosecutor that I took the citation seriously. By completing these actions he would be able to reduce the citation to just having to pay the fine and not getting any points on my license. Even though I took longer than I should have to complete these steps, Mr. Andrews continued the case two different times to allow me extra time to get it done. During this time, I moved to a city 250 miles away. Mr. Andrews worked with the prosecutor to see if anything could be done to help prevent me from having to make the long drive to appear in court. I was very pleased when Mr. Andrews contacted me to inform me that the citation had been reduced to a warning. What really impressed me is that even though he had to do some extra work to continue the case because I couldn't complete everything in the timeframe allowed. He stood by his original quote. He is very thorough, communicates clearly, and does what he says he will. I would recommend Mr. Andrews for any kind of traffic case. He will most definitely get the job done to your advantage.

First of all, I want to thank Mr. Napolitana for restoring faith in my belief in the legal system. I spent the past 35 yrs dealing with the adverse and traumatic effects of having an Other than Honorable Discharge for an unfortunate decision I made when I was 22 yrs old. I knew that there was something special about Mr. Napolitana from the moment we spoke. His empathy and compassion towards my living with a “bad paper” discharge gave me the hope that empowered me to work with him in seeking out an upgrade of my discharge and a correction of what we both perceived to be an injustice.
Although COVID 19 slowed down the legal process, Mr. Napolitana and his team forged ahead in keeping me informed as to the continuing preparation of my case that would be presented to the military board.
Mr. Napolitana was never detected not discouraged regarding my previous two submissions for upgrades by other firms and assured me that they would do everything they could to be able to give me the best opportunity to have my discharge upgraded, if not to Honorable then General under Honorable Conditions.
After 2 and half years of working with me in helping me navigate putting together all the necessary documents historical and current (character letters, work history, educational accomplishments, community and faith based), I was excited and overwhelmed to find out just days ago thet my discharge was administratively upgraded to General under Honorable Conditions. The emotions that I experienced and the tears that flow were a culmination of 35 yrs of being defined by a discharge that could have otherwise been resolved amicably upon my original dos barge 35 yrs ago.
I am so grateful to Mr. Napolitana for all the hard and exhausting hours that he and his team spent on my case and my family and I will forever be grateful to him for giving me an opportunity to have my military discharge match the person of character and achievements that I have attained in the past 35 yrs. Two other times my upgrade request were denied by submissions by others….
Mr. Napolitana was able to get done what I thought to be the impossible. Thank you sir for your service in and outside of the military. You have changed my life!!!

Although this process is known to be inherently long, stressful and difficult to navigate, Marc’s representation and guidance throughout it all made it less daunting. I’m a Military Veteran and in March 2018, I was pulled over, arrested and charged with my 2nd DUI within 5 years. I was still on probation from my 1st DUI and I didn’t know what to do. Two months later; I got pulled over AGAIN, arrested and was charged with a 3rd DUI. I had a 2nd DUI after 7 seven years, I didn't realize how much more these get punished, as I learned of the consequences I was devastated and full of anxiety. Thank God, I hired Chris Taylor, he guided me through the entire process, from day 1 he was realistic about the outcome and immediately put me to work on my case. it took about 10 months to get my sentence, it was very stressful times. My work has zero tolerance for DUI, so I was sure I would lose my job.
