In Fall of 2022, my husband and I began to work with Marc. From the beginning, Marc demonstrated that he genuinely wanted to help us in my husband's immigration case. He was honest, sympathetic and a very humble individual. He had our best interest at heart. He kept us as updated as possible regarding my husband's case via email. His team also called us, texted us and emailed us to remind us of any appointments with Marc and/or of court dates. I recently found myself facing DV criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct charges because of false allegations brought by a vindictive ex-boyfriend. Due to my immigration status (I'm here legally, but I'm not a citizen) I knew I needed a highly-skilled criminal defense attorney who ALSO had a good understanding of immigration law. Thankfully, that is EXACTLY what I got with Marc Christopher!
From the very beginning, Marc did an excellent job of walking me through ALL of my options and discussing the possible defense options for my case. Ultimately my case went to trial and I was acquitted of both charges! I was charged with two counts of a gross misdemeanor in 2020 by a Lakewood police officer. Prior to the incident, 2020 was a big mess for me. However this incident was mind numbingly bad and surreal. It all basically stems from me (I do regret drinking at the park) drinking at a park, taking pictures and talking on the phone… Cops who patrol the park every 30 minutes approach me. This is where things turns messy, though I complied with the cop orders, I was triggered by him accusing me of saying “inappropriate things to underage girls” even though he did inform me to leave before saying that, however my mindset was “if you felt that was true you should have never gave me the option to leave” needless to say we got into a hostile like argument, the cop visibly angry and frustrated grab my wrist and arrested me… later found out through Kurt that he wrote a false, disgusting,gross,humiliating police report about that incident with hopes of a conviction. Basically it was a classic crooked cop tactic, but then again, I gave him fuel since I was drinking, and I did argue with him, but you live and learn, 2020 was a year we all want to forget, and of course learn from….. *conclusion* Kurt Stender was the perfect attorney for this case, the man was perfect. Calm,cool, and collective. Very logical, he has a keen sense of common sense, very understandable, he has an instinct that detects whose truly innocent and most importantly, a very honest and sincere attorney throughout this whole ordeal. My case was ultimately dismissed, I asked Kurt about an expungement, he said I wouldn’t need one after the dismissal. What more can you say about this man?

I was charged with a Felony >1-year after I called the Sheriff's Office to report an attack upon myself, family, and pets; during which our house-cat had been mauled to death on our front porch by a pack of marauding dogs. I was knocked to the ground of my front porch during the attack with vicious dogs atop. Said large black guard dogs were cited under RCW 16.08.100 repeatedly over the year prior/after to the attack(s) upon my household, even cited for trespass for the attack that night. Sadly, over the years involved, even more livestock/pets were attacked, even a few other humans.
The Sheriff's Office has stated repeatedly that I did what I had to do to protect myself and others from even greater harm. 11-months of court circus later, the Prosecutor's Office finally Dismissed the Felony Charge. Self-Defense does include defending self, others, and property from attack by a trespassing, marauding pack of known-dangerous dogs; especially includes being on your back on your front porch while attacked.
Kurt defended my family from the circus of court proceedings. He helped me navigate the emotional roller-coaster of being wrongfully charged when in fact I was the wholly innocent victim of a violent crime. Kurt went above and beyond to ensure that my professional career and my family were shielded and protected.
Self-Defense is under attack. Kurt was my Legal Defense in Criminal Court. Through Kurt's intricate and extensive knowledge of the Legal System, the Case was Dismissed just prior to Jury Trial.

I was wrongfully arrested, taken to jail and told I had a warrant for i crime I didn’t commit nor was the warrant in my correct name. I was a nervous wreck after wondering what could happen to me. From the initial call to the decision in court, Ben was trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. Out of the six lawyers I spoke with, Ben was the only one that believed in my case against the DMV. His communication always comes from a place of compassion and understanding. Needless to say he WON our writ against the DMV when everyone else said I didn't have a chance.

I hired Att. Adler in January 2020 for a criminal case. I can not recommend anyone more than him. I had gotten into trouble with the law in 2000 and was sentenced to prison for eight years in 2001. My wife at the time divorced me and kept my two children from me my entire sentence and then used the fact that I was an ex-felon to continue to keep them from me. Right after my son turned 18 my ex wife tried to come after me for a lot of money. A friend of mine from church was an attorney and told me I need to speak with Mr. Ken Foote. I had used Mr Tedeschi for my personal Bankruptcy, and referred him to my friend Mr MacDonald who had tickets from Arizona from 1980 !!!! They wanted well over $2000 for a parking ticket!
Mr Tedeschi was able to contact the municipal Court out there in Arizona and have them come to a reasonable agreement.

Our son was recently named in an unfounded, false and potentially defamatory accusation. We consulted Mr. Laybourne to see what options may be available to us in the event this false accusation is filed.
Brad not only talked to my husband a couple of times on the phone, but was also willing to meet with us in person so I could receive some clarification and understand the situation better.

and representing me before the RMV Board. She was successful in getting my License Fully Reinstated.
With the MA RMV going through issues Since June of 2019 I was

I hired attorney Julie Gaudreau after being charged with a first offense OUI. I was charged after reporting a minor accident involving only myself due to exhaustion. The arriving officer immediately suspected and accused me of driving under the influence due to the fact I had stated I was on my way home from a birthday dinner. After discussing my case with Julie we decide to take the case to trial. Julie was outstanding at presenting my case during a bench trial in Worcester. She argued the minor accident happened due to exhaustion, and many of the officers accusations of impairment in his report and testimony could also be used to describe someone who was exhausted. After everything was presented at trial the judge found myself not guilty of operating while under the influence. Julie has been unbelievably helpful and informative throughout my entire case, answering and explaining any question I have presented to her. I was charged/framed for a serious crime, my family and I were at a loss as to how we would find a good lawyer. Everyone thought that I would go to prison. My family found Joshua B. Kutnick, and they hired him. Frankly, I was not certain that he would be able to win my case, yet I waited for the results. Prior to the trial date, he invested/worked as though he was a brother or father to me, within this cruel world I realized that humility still lives. On the day of trial, my nerves were wrecked. He went in and WOW! my case was dismissed, with no penalties. I was speechless, as was everyone else with the results. That was all due to the hard work and prowess of Joshua Kutnick, this honorable man has 18 years of experience under his belt. I normally don’t write lengthy reviews, however, I know that nobody’s absolutely perfect, everyone faces is accused once, if you’re charged, the most beneficial things you could have would be this lawyer.
