Great experience and definitely would highly recommend to any of my family and friends. I sustained an injury at work, and was referred by another fellow employee. I had a thoroughly positive experience working with Bill Peltz and his team at Kimmel Carter. While driving out of state through Delaware, I was hit by a truck and suffered injuries that required multiple surgeries. Never having been involved in a vehicle accident before and never before having experienced major injuries, I did not know what to do. In retrospect, I am so relieved that, despite my confusion and pain immediately after the accident, I found Kimmel Carter and contacted them without delay. Bill Peltz is a total professional who knows Delaware law inside and out. He knows how to communicate the relevant information to a layperson like me. He also knows the practical landscape of personal injury -- the role of the police who responded to my car crash, the best way to track down relevant parties, the likely outcomes from settlements or trials -- and is very open with his clients about how those factors affect their case. He always treated me respectfully, even though I was sometimes slow to respond because I lived out of state and was tied up with a busy job. Despite the fact that my case took years to resolve (through absolutely no fault of Bill's, I'll emphasize), he saw the case all the way through and was always very patient with me. He treated me like a human being. In the concluding days of the case, he worked creatively to find an excellent solution that could help me bring this saga to a close. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, honest, hard-working, and empathetic. I hope you're never in a position where you need a personal injury attorney, but if you do need one in Delaware, I wholeheartedly recommend Bill Peltz and the team at Kimmel Carter Roman Peltz & O'Neill.
