Mrs. Fowler is absolutely amazing. What i would consider one of the toughest times in my life, I instantly felt at ease talking to Mrs Fowler within the first few minutes. She was full of knowledge, no matter how strange and absurd the situation, she always knew how to handle it quickly and effectively.
