She's filed a false letter stating someone needs to evacuate in 2 weeks!

Beverly was very unprofessional. After not following up with me In 48 hrs. I called back to follow up with her about a deed transfer between my father and I. She proceeded to ask the following unnecessary questions. Why does your father want to sell you the property, does he reside at the property, who pays the mortgage. I explained that I ve been handling all his affairs for the property, and I am prepared to pay the mortgage completely off upon transfer. She suggesting to get a willI I explain that I am not interested in a will because you pay the lawyer twice. Once to get drawn up and when the person passes away to get it probate, An we rather handle this situation now. Than I was told she will call me back after talking to her colleague. Which she never did. Which is unprofessional.
