Bill Erhart was very professional and thorough. Covered many things that we had never considered. Having delt with two family loses as the executor, I understand how it can be very complicated and emotionally distressing handling and closing out the estate of a loved one. My wife and I feel that our survivors will have a much better experience with our estate due to Mr. Erhart's preparation. He also help us with current issues that put us in a much better position to improve the quality of our retirement. We recommend his expertise and service very highly.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. Multiple canceled appointments. Some at the last minute. After they took over $9k Wade decided he didn’t want to work with us anymore. Bring lube because he will screw you. $9k for administrative fees and nothing else. Update 8/4/23: Your response is you “want the best for my family “. From what I’ve seen all you care about is your own wallet. FO I found an attorney that does not have to lock down his office during business hours. Do not use his services. This is why I hate lawyers and politicians. What goes around comes around Wade.

Top-notch operation when it comes to estate planning. This was my 2nd time using DELC and I wouldn't have gone back if I wasn't confident in their ability, clarity, and insight. There are a number of attorney's that practice in this field - For what it's worth, I'd recommend an law practice that SPECIALIZES in it - DELC is that firm!
