I have owned a medical supply company for 30 years. During my career I have had my share of dealing with attorneys. Some try to impress with their knowledge(talk to much), some speak in legalese which I have trouble understanding and some I am still trying to figure out how they do their billing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chase for several years and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, hard working and trustworthy legal representative Chase and his staff always take the time to answer my questions and return either my e mails or phone calls usually in the same day From our first meeting he made me feel comfortable and knew he would work tirelessly for me. A few of the attributes that makes Chase standout is he understands the law, is always thoroughly prepared , takes the time to make sure you are prepared and is able to explain to you in a crystal clear manner what to expect throughout the process. You will feel confident with Chase on your side and I would have to honestly say he is probably the best attorney I have ever dealt with.

I am so lucky that I found Chase to defend me in an automobile accident. I was never in a situation where I needed legal help before and was incredibly stressed. I believe that Chase took our case seriously and expended sufficient effort and time to win. His expertise in these matters was evident as demonstrated by his approach to ascertaining the facts, employing consultants that were reported to be experts in their respective areas, and his willingness to answer our questions and explain the law in layman's terms. Upon retrospect and non-emotional reflection, I do regret agreeing to the settlement despite Chase's recommendation.

The Workers Compensation System is more complicated than I could have ever imagined. Chase represented me in an accident case. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism shown by him and his entire office. This was my first experience with this type of litigation and feel that the bar was set extremely high with my experience. All my questions were answered promptly and in depth. Chase answered them all throughout the lengthy process with the utmost patience. It can be a frightening experience for anyone involved but I always felt extremely confident with my representation and the preparedness of all legal staff involved. I received thorough and complete copies of all papers and materials, right up to and after the litigation was complete. He followed up on all doctors appointments to get all opinions and pictures where necessary. And also provided transportation to an appointment I was physically unable to get to on my own due to my accident caused injuries. I was told what time to be ready- his office took care of everything else. We met regularly throughtout the lengthy process , which allowed me to see how my case was progressing and what was upcoming and what was needed next. Chase made sure I was thoroughly prepared each step of the way..for mediation, for court, for depositions. His office worked with the medical components to ensure all bills were taken care of. I received complete and thorough breakdowns of each and every expense. There were no surprises with the payments and distributions.
