I recently hired Ms. Wik to create a trust plan for my estate. The resulting plan was very poorly written with numerous ambiguities that would open the possibility of litigation over the meaning of the document. I had to have it rewritten to clarify the meaning. Much of the time with her was spent in talking about her family and her situation yet she billed exorbitantly for her services.
