I understand that legal cases can take time, and you never fully know what’s happening on the other end, but communication is really important to me. I also recognize that employees are human, and it’s impossible to control everyone’s actions perfectly. While there have been some bumps in communication with a few employees at the firm, I truly appreciate how the manager handled the situation. She took full accountability, apologized for the lapses, and made sure to explain everything to me in detail. It’s refreshing to see someone in a leadership role take ownership and show genuine concern for the client experience. Good communication will always drive the client experience. I wanted to be able to leave a good review after everything was settled. Glad I was able to. Thank you.

Just recently used Castro law firm for a child custody/support case. Coming into this was extremely nerve wracking and terrifying as a father but I felt comfort knowing I had Castro law firm on my side. From the first phone call with Tabatha I immediately knew she had the experience and the skills needed to succeed here. Throughout the case Tabatha and her team had a complete open line of communication and promptly returned calls or emails for questions and concerns. I really am very, very happy with my experience with this firm. They understood my issues and gave me legal advice and help me prepare legal documents. They understood my needs and I've learned a few legal thinks from them. They were always there for me when I needed any kind of advice.
