This lawyer and her office are currently handling my father's estate. I believe the office overcharges for what they are doing, and have mishandled certain aspects in the execution of my father's wishes without correction of these items. I would not utilize her services in the future, and would not recommend her.

Michele has been our family's estate planning attorney since 1998 when she first drafted my parents' revocable trusts. Since then she has ensured that their documents stayed current; when my parents wanted to make changes she thoroughly explained what the change would do to the trust to make sure my parents understood fully what they were doing. After my father passed away in 2000 and my mother in 2013, she worked closely with my siblings and myself as we went through the process of liquidating their trusts and creating a separate share trust for my brother after my mother died. She met with us when necessary or answered my questions by email but in either case was very responsive to our concerns. She is an exceptional attorney who understands what families are going through in creating and later executing trusts. Even now, 3 years after my mother's death, she is very responsive when I've encountered issues with being trustee of my brother's separate share trust and needed her assistance. I would recommend her without hesitation and only wish she was licensed in Maryland so I could use her for my own estate planning needs. (This may be a duplicate submission as my first review disappeared before I could hit submit.)

Very responsive and capable. I never expected that my parents' two estates would be closed out in less than a year, but she made that happen and I felt fully informed and comfortable every step of the way. My only regret is that I live out-of-state and will not be able to use her services for my other legal needs.
