Worst experience ever!!! Spent an hour on the phone with someone in Florida when I needed an attorney in Delaware. They ask all kinds of personal questions that have no bearing on the case. This is the worst phone consultation I've ever had. I will not be using this office.

I contacted this MALPRACTICE LAW FIRM regarding a horrendous experience with a dentist, called GENTLE DENTAL in West Chester PA... The dentist, Dr. Mary Velenine. Long story short, she didn't listen to why I was there, she LIED TO ME, and Promised to 'make my life so much better'... Long story short, my attorney 'suggested' Morgan and Morgan simply she had seen the TV ads touting over 15 BILLION In recovery for their clients!!!! So I contacted them, spent 40 minutes on the phone with 'an intake person', and within 3 minutes, was told that they WOULDN'T be taking my case. Why I inquired, and as told - get ready for it - the intake person had no answer, and claimed that he just didn't know!!!! So on to Simon and Simon... Same result as M and M.... So I googled MALPRACTICE LAW FIRMS and called a firm in King of Prussia... I was thrilled to get a 'PARA-LEGAL' on the phone... And in 10 minutes, she explained the reason that MALPRACTICE firms don't like taking on MALPRACTICE LAW Suits!!!!! Because malpractice suites are extremely expensive for the law firm, with MIMIMAL return for the firm AND their clients..... EXPLANATION EXPLAINED!!! SO, I JUST FILED A CLAIM in SMALL CLAIMS COURT On Westtown Rd in West Chester... Don't need an attorney, I'm fully capable of representing myself... And I have a court date for May 28th... The 'wheels of justice may turn slowly', but I'm retired and therefore have all the time in the world!!!

i had a botched tooth crown/ root canal.the dentist cracked my crown & even left a piece of metal in my gum from instrument he was using.

Wasn't a pleasant experience at ALL. After making me wait days for someone to contact me, they asked me the exact same questions I already answered on their portal. Then I get a call from some lady telling me they could not represent me because where I live. But ma'am there's an office like 2 blocks down from me. It's OK though I wanted to go with another lawyer anyway 😃. I'm glad they " dropped" me. Probably didn't see enough money in it for them . Greedy sobs

They say they're for the people, I was denied because I had gone back to work part-time. I work one day and have to take the next day off to recuperate from my injuries. I have rheumatoid arthritis, herniated disks in lower back and an inguinal hernia in which has gotten worse and probably will be in hospital before my surgery date. I'm disappointed and think that they are not for the people but for themselves. I was out of work for over a year and a half and was denied disability insurance and that's why I contacted them. I was also diagnosed wrong by two Dr's.

Great communicators. My call was returned the same day, and I could tell right away that this firm sincerely cares about their clients. They listen intently and speak sincerely. I highly recommend contacting them if you need any manner of legal assistance.
