If you want a lawyer that sometimes doesn't respond and is willing to play phone tag and will treat you like they a doing you a favor rather than treating you like a potential client, this is the lawyer for you.

Potential client here. However after reviewing these reviews I be noticed a pattern with this lawyer’s communication and She only responded to all negative reviews. That say a lot about her character. I will choose someone else

If I could give them a negative star I would. I am currently involved in a deal/sale of a property in Delaware where the seller is using Denise as their attorney. I called her to get a timberline of when the probate process would be finished. Her secretary, gatekeeper or whatever tells me it's a $500 consulting fee just to ask a simple question that would've netted her way more than $500!!! Make it make sense! She doesn't answer emails or phone calls. THEY ARE THE WORST IMHO. It seems they prioritize who our what they feel is "important" to them . Stay away if you don't want to feel like you don't matter.

Denise Nordheimer and her entire staff took care of all of my worries after my brother passed away suddenly a year ago. They helped me through all of the administrative filings and everything that I had no clue of what I was doing. They got back to me quickly with answers when I needed them. They are all personable and easy to work with. I recommend them highly to anyone that needs a great Estate Attorney!

As a new homeowner, I had a brief meeting with Denise, and it went well. She responded to all of my inquiries, and I left her office feeling confident that I had chosen wisely to continue working with her firm. Although I haven't started the process of my estate planning I did indeed feel I was in good hands. Everyone was professional pleasant.

It’s been three days since I contacted this firm without even the courtesy of a reply. How can you say “Caring Legal Assistance” on your web page when you fail to even respond? I see a post from a month ago where you failed to follow up with another client. Your failure to follow up seems to be a regular occurrence. Is this how you conduct business after you are paid?

I've have never invested time to write a review before, however, my experience was so poor with this firm that I have to share. I am a PA resident, looking for a DE trust, so I advised to contact an attorney who is barred in both states. The first and most important question I asked, "Can a PA or out-of-state resident, have a DE trust(a trust under Delaware law)?". I was informed by a receptionist that I has to attend an in-person consultation to have my questions answered. I filled out the necessay documentation, scheduled and attending the meeting. The first question I asked, Can a PA or out-of-state resident, have a DE trust? I was told yes and let the meeting very hopeful. I even elected to pay the additional flat fee, so that I could have the trust documents explained to me. A few weeks later I received the first draft for my trust, however, the trust verbiage has it under PA law (exactly what I didn't want or expected, since I asked repeatedly). I contacted the law firm, and let a message with a receptionist asking for clarification and to speak to someone that was handling my case because I had questions. Two weeks go by and I contact the firm again, asking to be contacted; they take another message. Week 3, I received a letter that my business with the firm had been concluded. I immediately contacted the firm to understand, why my business had been terminated. A receptionist stated that I had previously called in and said I was unhappy. Yes, I was unhappy, however, I asked for someone to call me, so that I could have my questions answered. How does a law firm choose to terminate business with a client before returning their phone call? I have contacted the firm at least 3 additional times, trying to reach someone, leaving a message each time and I have yet to be contacted. I can only assume at this point I'm being completely ignored by this firm. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE

Mrs. Nordheimer has made the list of special people in our lives. She is absolutely competent and professional, genuine and candid. All of the qualities you would want in a lawyer. But she is also supportive and kind and generous and funny and open. All of the qualities you would want of someone helping with very personal family matters. Can not recommend her, and her team, enough. Grazie, Denise.

Denise and her staff are professional yet personable. It was easy to schedule appointments, documents were prepared timely, and execution of them was a breeze. Highly recommend them!

I want to thank Denise and her team for making the experience of guardianship for my son with Autism smooth.I cannot thank you guys enough and may the Good Lord Bless each of you Immensely and Happy holidays
