This office was so helpful when I had to register a will. Joshua Cushing and Italo Carrieri-Russo were instrumental in getting through this process. It is a long process, but they made it easy. I had the pleasure of speaking with a lady on the phone before I went in to make sure that I had everything I needed in order. She was fantastic, pleasant, professional and when she didn’t know the answer to a question I had she got the answer before we hung up. She made sure that I knew where to go to get other documents before coming in. It took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. Upon arrival on the day I went I signed in and took a number. After some time a lady came to get the sign in sheet and after seeing that people had signed in she could be heard saying something along the lines of having to turn people away. Her demeanor was very cold. The gentleman I spoke with to get the forms I needed was also super pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Smith of this department and I can only say that she was and is a pleasure to deal with. Every time I sent her an email, she responded very quickly. Every time I spoke with her on the phone, she answered and was very helpful and answered all my questions. Your department has a tough job because you're dealing with everyone's grieving process. Ms. Smith is definitely an asset to your department and I can't thank you enough!
