wow what a group of people from the minute you walk in the front door and are greeted by the nice girls at the front desk to open your estate to the end these folks are so helpful. I am a realtor and have been going here to help my clients for 30 plus years and it has always been a pleasure. I was honored to have Traci Henn to help and serve my family and we will never forget her thanks Traci and all you girls.

Deputy Cushing was the best. During my time of morning over my son’s death he was a huge help to me. He went out of his way to help me figure out what I needed to make a short estate form and how to fill out the form. With all the people and companies I have had to deal with he has been the only person that really seemed to care about me as a person and about my dilemma. If you ever have a question about estates with or, like me, without a Will don’t be afraid to call the Register of Wills office. Deputy Cushing is so very nice and will treat you right.

The people in this office are so warm and friendly. You just feel so taken care of. Very unusual for a government service. Thank you! Especially when you have lost a loved one to be treated with this kind of respect and care is amazing. It was completely unexpected. They even did not leave me on hold very long!

I had the pleasure of being aided byJoshua Cushin in filing the 3rd and most difficult step of my Will for Edmond. Surprisingly during the height of the pandemic, he was accessible to me by giving me his desk phone # and inviting me to call him if I needed him. He patiently guided me through the process, making sure I understood every step and entry.After I completed as much as I understood of the paperwork, I called him to review and finalize it.
