My wife and I could not be happier and are truly grateful for the services provided by Mr. Joseph Wahl and his staff Lisa and Sophie. We live in Texas and were in immediate need of legal representation for our visitation petition case in the state of Delaware. We reached out to several firms in Delaware but their responses felt somewhat less personal. Mr. Wahl, recently closed my child support matter. I am a soldier that became divorced during a deployment to Afghanistan. The court ordered I pay an obscene amount based on deployment pay. When I returned I tried to rectify this with the courts as well as the child support office to no avail. Mr. Wahl not only got the case transferred to DE from GA but he was also able to easy the unnecessary stress of a support order that was based off temporary pay. He made me feel at ease and although I hope never to need him again, he will always be my first choice if I do.

I consulted with Joe recently regarding my interest in revising the current custody agreement I have for visitation with my child. Although the home state for the agreement is not in Delaware, Joe took the time to discuss my options and the approach I should take regarding my child and the court.
