Silverman is a man of communication, reassurance, commitment and passion. Can not thank him and his firm enough. Anytime we needed an answer, we got it and in great detail to reassure us. I had Brian as my lawyer very professional did a wonderful job and kept me updated through the process. Did as much as he possibly could for my case and myself.

Unprofessional, I only dealt with a para legal after the initial consultation and one or two texts with Silverman. He sells you on the idea of hiring him and then charges you fees for everything even the paper/copies which totaled $30. There were a lot more charges. Furthermore, he explained that 1/3 of the case winning would go to him, but neglected to mention that the fees are out of your part of the money during the consultation. I found it to be a negative experience. He would also take forever to respond and like I said I had to deal with the paralegal. My recommendation to you Silverman is to have better communication and lay out the terms of the agreement and how much fees could range from starting with the lowest during the consultation, so if you get hit with over $500 in charges it will not hurt as bad because you knew it was coming.
