Apparently, There is no supervision to ensure that the paralegals are doing the correct work. Even though the expertise for this law firm is trusts, real estates, guardianships and wills It seems that there is no training. I have not had good experience with this law firm. I’ll be glad when all this is done.

Ahhhh.. Where to begin…? Talking to Mr. Tsakataras is like a breath of fresh air! He really just confirmed what I already knew and highlighted a plan in a way that I could follow along with. He was very understanding about my concerns, worries and fears. He was non-judgmental on so many points. He has 110% EARNED the stellar reputation that he has. He made this process seem a lot easier and made sure I knew exactly what steps to do; in order to build my case in a way the judge will see! I have pages of notes, because HE made sure to give me a plethora of knowledge to empower me in a way I can understand. “Pray like everything depends on GOD, but work like it depends on you” I pray for his continued success and blessings because he undoubtedly does this work because he truly cares and will and should be blessed for all of it!

This went on for well over a year and David Ferry jr and his team couldn’t have been more helpful. I 100% trusted them to have my best interest every step of the way. And they sure did. They went over and beyond to help things go smoothly including driving to another state for me to sign documents during rush hour traffic and on weekends . The list goes on. David’s assistant Drew was also a key player in making my life a little easier and took so much weight off of my shoulders. The cost was very high after so many hours they all put in and he went as far as taking some of the bill away to make sure I walked away felling this was all worth it. What a horrible experience. There are a bunch of thieves with no hearts. When my mother passed without a well and my siblings and me reached out to them, they were inconsiderate, rude, and only cared about getting paid. At the end of it they made more than all of us. Literally $27,000 absolutely heartless And thieves in suits.
