Great people to do with the know what they're doing and get things done

Avoid at all costs. They are more interested in taking your money then adequate representation from a law firm. These are definitely not proactive lawyers! Very slow to respond and lackadaisical attitude. Go somewhere else.

Horrible individuals. Sneaky won't return phone calls. Works in deceit. Awful!

When my brother died suddenly our family on the West coast was faced not only with shock & grief but also with a total lack of knowledge about next steps. We were referred to the Ferry team and couldn’t have asked for a better group to help us in all phases-excellent referrals as needed, prompt responses to our questions, respectful assistance in all matters and availability. From helping to set up my brother’s estate to working with the realtor and including all legal issues they were always there to assist in a manner that was both friendly and professional. When I say “Ferry team” I go beyond the very accommodating legal and support staff at the office to include their vast list of very reputable referrals such as appraisers, realtor, accountants, cleaning crews and more. At our first contact when we explained our situation and needs, Tim Ferry said “No problem, that is exactly what we do.” And they do it exceedingly well.

Absolutely zero compassion/empathy expressed when speaking to the secretary. Using legal jargon and speaking to me as if I should know what to do when both my parents died within 3 months. I called back to speak to someone else and was told “she’s the owner and she knows what she’s doing “ Not what you’re looking for when in a delicate state of mind.

Tim and Jordan were very empathetic, thorough, and prompt with answers to all of my many questions. I am very blessed to have had such a good team helping me out!
