I recently had the pleasure of working with Steven on a commercial real estate transaction. As part of the closing, we needed to form a Delaware limited liability company with SPE covenants and also needed a closing opinion letter from a Delaware lawyer. Steven was a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job. He is extremely knowledgeable about Delaware law and LLCs and was very responsive and efficient.
