From my experience with this law firm, I am convinced and confident that they are not the "new school" type of injury law firm that makes it a point to get the most out of a claim for a victim. For instance, unless a victim is affected by an evidently egregious injury, they can forget that Fred and his crew in tow will do their utmost for them even though they have a good case. To them, a good case isn't a strong case. This is what to expect if a victim's injury didn't leave them in a wheelchair, bedridden or have any body part replaced . The firm will do everything in their power to dissuade a victim from going to court after a possible low balling arbitration. If you resist, they will remind you of the "fine print" you signed stating that when the case goes to court, their charge goes up to 40 percent of whatever amount is awarded in court. As opposed to the usual 33 percent most injury attorneys take. My advice to any injured person - who will not limp their way into their offices - is to take their case to some place else that takes all injuries seriously because not all pain and suffering is physical or detectable easily. And also victims have to live with the traumas from the event for the rest of their lives. That can not be compensated with a mere drop in the bucket as opposed to the amounts per an occurrence that will be on the at fault party's terms of policy. This law firm doesn't even discuss these facts but rather discourage an inquiry about it. They about to be served for professional negligence sooner than they know. ps. An attorney who is suppose to be working in your favor would rather pay you to settle for a mere fraction and not take your case to court where you get the most for your pain and suffering. what do i know?
