“Every text, email, phone conversation, and zoom are all recorded as time on the clock$$$$. Even if they ask you a quick question that's a charge as well, be careful with these bloodsucking attorneys.”

Inferior technology and customer service for business-related services
“Their LLC forming agent service however, is horrendous. I'd rather use Harvard Business Services at half the agent fee and much better customer service over the phone and email. This firm is still running on ancient technology aka Mailing/check while HBS would email you link to pay all the agent and state fee ONLINE.”
