I would give 10 stars if I could! Pratcher Krayer was absolutely amazing. Nick’s paralegal Jenny should be on a pedestal. She was always there to answer any questions and if a emotion of uncertainty came across my thoughts she was there to help me or connect me with Nick as soon as possible. Nick and his team were helpful, patient, and thorough. My case started at the beginning of COVID which caused the case to take longer than usual, however Nick made sure to keep me on track and provide periodic updates along the way. Poor customer service. They have a short list of questions that is given to the secretary to ask customers that are looking for legal advice. So when you don’t meet the criteria on the list. The conversation stops. When you ask for a number for legal aide or referral. You are told to google it.
