My experience with this firm was wonderful. They made a stressful situation a lot less stressful. Everyone was nice and helpful. I dealt with Ms. Poole and she was amazing.

We just helped a buyer purchase a property in Wilmington and we used Ward and Taylor to handle title and settlement and they were excellent. Barbara and Adrienne were the women that we worked with and they went above and beyond from a survey issue, to helping make sure the buyer got everything that was agreed to in the home inspection reply, to just all around representation and truly looking out for their clients' best interests. Did I mention that they worked on this and made sure that settlement got done on the Friday night of Easter weekend during a pandemic and they couldn't have been more patient? I will definitely be using Ward & Taylor for all of my Delaware real estate needs in the future.

I would not recommend this office. We had to go through this office twice with a first offer on our home and an initial buyer and one paralegal, and then getting a second offer and buyer on our home and a second paralegal. There were issues with both paralegals we had to interact with on both offers to our home as a seller. The paralegal assigned to our file for our second home offer, Adrienne Zebrook, assigned to our file was very inept at her job. She constantly sent the wrong documents to us when asked for POA and other documents we had to fill out and send back, due to living out of state. She even emailed over a file for another individuals settlement and POA documents, and when I called to tell her it was the incorrect paperwork she got an attitude with me on the phone. When I explained the documents she had emailed over more to let her know they were someone else's, she chuckled and said she had been in a rush. I would be concerned for this office to handle anyone's legal matters, as I experienced a paralegal sending confidential/private information to others not involved in their file without them knowing. After closing on our property and no longer having ownership, we still had issues with our mortgage payoff and some local county bills that should have been collected at settlement and never were. We were very unhappy with this office, and when it comes to being a seller of a home/property you do not receive any good service from them.

These people get the job done. So thankful.
