My sisters and I worked with David Blume selling our parents house. He was a pleasure to work with, he kept us updated regularly on feedback from potential buyers. If you are looking to sell or buy a home I would definitely recommend David.

Made the experience very easy for us as first time buyers. After you go to a few homes with him he we often help filter out the areas that you are looking in by the comments you make a previous locations! He’s very knowledgeable in the areas as well to help you get exactly what you are looking for.

I would highly recommend hiring Dave Blume as a real estate agent. Dave helped me purchase a home as a first time buyer. I really was almost clueless about what I needed to do to accomplish this task. But he gave me all of the support and guidance that I needed. First, he gave me the contact information for a mortgage broker who worked with me on the submission of my financial documents so that I could become preapproved for a home mortgage. Then Dave accompanied me to multiple houses on Saturdays and Sundays (sometimes as many as six houses in one day!). He also took me to visit a few houses during the week and on a weekday night. He recommended houses for me via his company’s website portal and advised me whether it would be worth it to view a house or not based on my needs, my preferences, and the details of each available house. Dave also helped me to avoid a disaster of buying a house that needed way too many repairs. He guided me with advice and helped me to overcome my impulsive desire to buy the first house that met my needs, while also helping me to make appropriate bids on houses. Additionally, after I purchased my house, he also gave me the contact information for a reliable contractor, handyman, plumber, electrician, lawn care professional, and housekeeper—many of whom I have contacted for additional services for my home. His “can do” attitude, optimism, and enthusiasm helped me to purchase the wonderful home in which I live today. Finally, Dave is the type of man that you would want to have as a friend—he’s professional, hard-working, and helpful. I certainly cannot thank him enough for all of his help!

Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with! When it came to selling, he helped us prioritize projects in our current home before listing it and was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to sorting out our offers. In our home search, he took the time to find and sort out our ‘must haves,’ ‘wish list items’ as well as the ‘no gos’. He checked basements and attics, windows, nooks and crannies of every place we looked at as if he himself were purchasing it. He was always accessible to answer my many questions and reassure us along the way. As well as giving us the best guidance when it came to offering on ‘The One.’ Dave is a great agent to have in your corner, no matter what stage of the process you are in.

David has passion for what he does, and you can tell that he loves his job by the service he provides. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive as our buyer agent.
