Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“I was also directed to them for closing by my realtor as some of the other reviewers, but I figured since most settlement agents are the same and cost the same it shouldn't matter much. But I was wrong. After closing I tried to contact them with a couple of questions about the closing and they completely ignored my call, voicemail, and email.”

After requesting my SOCIAL SECURITY # (declined to provide but gave them last 4 to verify my coverage) and taking down my Hyatt case #, no call back 2 weeks later.”
